Don't even think about Outsourcing with Unemployment on the rise
With the US Economy on one of the biggest recessions in history and millions of people without jobs, don't even think about outsourcing will you?
I was reading some blogs stating that since the financial sector has been struggling to recover with their bail-out's, they are even thinking about outsourcing. Don't think so, not during this time, it's just not the best time to do such an act.
With people living on cars, the streets, homeless, hungry and cannot even survive now is not the time to even think of such things.
It is very understandable that as a business the financial sector is also sufferring together with everyone but just maybe the white collar executives should now learn to do the front of the line jobs.
This means that instead of enjoying the magnificence of their skycraper corner laid and well decorated offices they should perhaps start to become tellers, business account specialist and even cashiers if necessary.
I think the American economy has been living the dream for the long time. If you live like us who are struggling nobody micro enterprises and small business home based entrepreneurs, we are always ready to fill in even to clean toilets and streets in order to survive.
But what do this great debators do? They have the lobbying power suits engaging in social clubs with politicians and rich investors.
Unfortunately, there is a new president in the White House. Gone are the days having a suit and tie with all the corporate lunies, it is now back to casual, back to mainstreet so that you do understand why people fight for their rights when we don't even want to pay overtime or give a raise after years of service.
Oh yes, the equal pay and discrimination laws are here to stay and here to be enforce and don't even think that your so called rich and powerful lobbyist that you can have in your contact list should be in your assistant's people to call.
